This weekend, it’s a new chapter for the Phoenix Symphony: Music Director Tito Muñoz officially takes the reigns, and launches the 2014-1015 Season with Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana. The Scottsdale Cultural Council has appointed Neale Perl as its new president and CEO. Perl is the president emeritus of D.C.-based Washington Performing Arts, where he served as president and CEO from 2002 to 2013.
